On 18 December 2025, the 4th Quarterly HR/Admin Meeting was held at the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ). The meeting was attended by 33 participants representing various factories within the zone.

The meeting covered several key topics. These included a presentation on the Introduction to Fortified Rice by Ms. Din Seanglay from the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). In addition, Ms. Sam Pisey from Royal Group Insurance shared updates regarding the transition from Camlife Insurance to Royal Group Insurance. The agenda also featured reminders on quotas and the work permit process for foreign workers through the FWCMS system, as well as a session on self-inspection in the SICMS, delivered by H.E. Pol Chandara from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.

This quarterly meeting provided a valuable platform for participants to stay informed about current labor-related issues. It also encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing among factory representatives, contributing to stronger HR and administrative practices within the zone. The meeting was a resounding success, and we look forward to hosting similar events in the future.
